I don’t typically have set workout routines but I figured I’d share what my workouts looked like this week & also what I plan to do this weekend. Most of the workouts I usually do are cardio; I’m clueless when it comes to weight training but I do plan to get on a regular lifting schedule very soon!

Monday: Treadmill.  Week 7 Day 1 of 10K Trainer. Duration: 35 minutes. Distance: 2.5 miles
Tuesday: Elliptical Machine. Duration: 30 minutes
Wednesday: Rest Day
Thursday: Treadmill.Week 7 Day 2 of 10K Trainer. Duration: 35 minutes. Distance: 2.5 miles
Friday: Elliptical Machine. Duration: 45 minutes
Saturday: Jog Outdoors. Week 7 Day 3 of 10K Trainer. Duration: 35 minutes. Distance: 2.5 miles
Sunday: Yoga. Wanderlust Festival: Yoga in the City. Duration: 2 hours
